Vaccination/mask guidance

COVID-19 GUIDANCE AND VACCINATION INFORMATION

Our building does not require proof of vaccination for entry.

We follow the Queensland Government’s Industry COVID-safe plan for places of worship and we are doing everything required by the QLD State Government to safely operate church gatherings at this time.

We do not need to check the vaccination status of people at our services/activities.

The centre is frequently cleaned disinfected (sanitised) regularly before and after each service.

Covid safe prefilled communion cups with a round altar bread and blackcurrant juice are provided for Holy Communion.

Anti-vaccination misinformation or abuse about vaccination status is not welcome at our church nor is it in alignment with our safe church policy, such behaviour will not be tolerated.

The churches position in respect of vaccination is that each person should consult with their family or healthcare professional to determine their COVID-19 vaccine eligibility as part of the national rollout strategy.

Church members are free to make their own choices on all life-decisions, in obedience to the law, including whether or not to vaccinate. These aren’t decisions imposed by our church.

PROTECTING VULNERABLE PEOPLE
